As part of a leading team of Lync developers, Clarity Consulting’s Michael Greenlee will lead a Lync 2013 Customer Preview developer training session on Thursday, August 2nd from 9:00-10:00am PDT. Greenlee is the Lead Architect in Clarity’s Unified Communications practice, and one of only a handful of Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals (MVP) in the world to focus specifically on Lync Development.
The presentation is part of a series of training sessions on Microsoft Lync 2013. The session will focus on the Unified Communications Managed API 4.0, where he will discuss asynchronous development techniques and converting from UCMA Workflow to UCMA Core during the session. Michael also led a previous session on March 13, 2012 on UCMA 101. The recorded presentation is available.
“The presentation will cover some of the most important points about the new version of UCMA, including an easier approach to asynchronous code and how to create IVR applications without the UCMA Workflow SDK,” said Greenlee.
Greenlee worked as the primary lead developer of the original version of Clarity’s contact center software Clarity Connect. The software solution works seamlessly with an organization’s existing Lync environment, allowing all inbound and outbound calls to occur within one single Lync client. Clarity recently released the latest version, Clarity Connect 2.4, with updates that make the software even easier to install, use, and maintain.
