Brad joined Clarity Consulting in 2011, initially working on projects to develop web based tools and trading systems for Clarity’s clients. In Late 2012 Brad joined the Clarity Connect Team as an implementation engineer. He works closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements, install a customized solution, and train administrators and agents to ensure a successful launch. Brad also focuses on product support, engaging clients on enhancement requests and product upgrades.
Michael joined Clarity Consulting in 2013, originally working on projects to create workflow tools for Clarity’s clients. In 2014 Michael joined Clarity Connect team as an implementation engineer. He works with clients to architect and deploy custom solutions for Clarity Connect. Michael also assists in the technical pre-sales process by providing technical knowledge to new clients. Recently Michael has led the international Clarity Connect partner training certification course.
Matt joined the Clarity Consulting in 2013 and has spent his entire tenure on the Connect team. After building a training and certification program for retail and hosting partners, he began working on the core Development team as a Product Development Engineer. Matt focuses primarily on developing product enhancements, adding new integration platforms, and assisting with support and implementation requests
Toni is the Lead Support Engineer at Clarity Consulting. His responsibilities are focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving support-related issues. He has been a part of Clarity Consulting since 2014 and is a certified Microsoft Specialist in Lync 2013. Toni works closely with the Support Team to maintain proper response times and allocation of resources in order to provide the best support experience possible.
Lindsey is responsible for Clarity Connect Business Development in the Western US, Canada and Latin America. In her role, Lindsey focuses on supporting new and existing partners and customers in her territory. Her primary goal is to develop new opportunities within the Unified Communications Practice Area which includes its popular native-Skype for Business contact center product, Clarity Connect.
